Galerija Belgrade is the winner of the EuropaProperty CEE Retail & Marketplace Award for 2021 in the category for the best large shopping center in Central and Eastern Europe. This facility covers 300,000 square meters and represents a unified concept of shopping, entertainment and gastronomy. In the last few years, we have witnessed an increased volume of residential construction in Serbia. Our company's share is also important. For 17 years, we have been positioned in Serbia as a leading supplier of electrical protection products and solutions. Most of all, this refers to our MCBs, RCCBs and the entire NH and medium voltage fuses. One of our most important projects recently is the Belgrade Gallery.
Galerija Belgrade, a marvel of modern architecture and design, sprawls over 300,000 square meters, offering an integrated experience of shopping, entertainment, and gastronomy. This iconic development recently garnered the prestigious EuropaProperty CEE Retail & Marketplace Award for 2021, standing tall as the best large shopping center in Central and Eastern Europe. The accolade, a result of the evaluation by an expert jury of 50, celebrates Galerija Belgrade’s excellence in quality, service, innovation, and originality – qualities that resonate deeply with ETI’s core values.
Such a modern shopping center's electrical system entails a high-capacity electrical system to support its numerous retail outlets, lighting, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), escalators, elevators, and other facilities. Redundancy is also key to ensure continuous operation in case of a component failure. The complex was designed with energy-efficiency in mind to reduce operational costs and environmental impact. At the heart of Galerija Belgrade's success is the sophisticated and robust electrical installation, safeguarded by ETI’s products. As a public space, the electrical safety is paramount.
